More important than how much you pay us is what we give back to you.
So if you have an offer to make that we find reasonable we certainly won't argue. Sometimes you don't need a huge corporation to do a simple job for you - a few pounds can go a long way in solving any number of little problems.
Naturally all our fees are based on the work involved and, most importantly of all, how much you can and feel you should pay us. You need to come away from us not only with the material we provided as a service but with a feeling that you've gotten what you wanted out of the deal.
TO illustrate...
If you had a poem, article, recipe or short story you needed red allowed that's only a few pages, we would start payment at 2 British pounds, naturally depending on the length and complexity of the material.
if you had a website that you updated regularly and you wanted to incorporate an RSS feed to display your news, we might suggest a price of about 10-20 pounds.
If you needed a computer program written to automatically copy the latest news podcasts to your MP3 player of a morning, we would consider a price of approximately 15-40 pounds, features depending.
These are only guidelines - but remember: advice is free, and prices are as flexible as you need! Discounts for repeat work are just one of the ways in which we can cost you even less than we already do.

Getting documents converted from one format to another can be problematic. However it is often necessary to do so
simply to make things easier for you or those with whom you work. We can:
Transcribe your audio cassettes, Cds, Dictaphonic or electronic speech recordings into a variety of output formats including electronic word documents, HTML pages or simple ascii text, as well as standard English Braille (Grades i or ii).
Convert your audio tapes to any number of digital formats of your choice, from compressed MP3 to Multi-track Audio CDs; to the free OGG Vorbis format or uncompressed PCM audio for future editing.
Convert electronic documents from one format to another (i.e. Microsoft Word documents to structured web pages, plain text files, etc). Electronic or hard-copy Braille to print, unprotected Adobe® PDF or Microsoft LIT documents to text for easier reading with screen access technology, Full-text DAISY books to html web pages, Word documents or text files, or Audio DAISY material to Mp3 or audio cd.
Convert any transcribed or pre-written text to synthetic audio, for use on a portable media player such as an iPod.
Convert hardcopy or electronic Braille to an electronic, print format of your choosing.
Utilise advanced word processing replacement functionality to remove repetitive data from scanned material (e.g. page numbers, headers etc) and output that material in Braille if needs be.

In a nutshell, we take your Braille and convert it to electronic or audio. Your old cassettes can become digitally remastered. Your written documents can become Braille and any electronic files you're having trouble with can be converted into something easier for you to manage.
